My Digital Denture offers fully customised aesthetic solutions using our state of the art in-house dental laboratory. We invite you to embrace this exciting future with these key benefits:
Accuracy in design delivers a more comfortable and better fit faster.
The new range of digital Vita highest quality premium teeth offers unrivalled longevity and natural appearance – especially in the areas of translucency and colour layering.
Your denture can be quickly reproduced if it becomes damaged, worn out or lost.
For Premium Dentures Leon uses a proven science-based setup system developed by CANDULOR called the Swiss Denture Concept.
Following accurate articulation, Leon meticulously adds hand carving, working tirelessly to come as close as possible to the natural appearance of not only your teeth, but also your complete smile.
This premium method ensures the best possible outcomes in both aesthetics and functionality.
3D Printers and milling machines were designed to do very different work. The first method adds layers of materials whereas the other mills away from a block of prefabricated material.
So, not only are the two technologies different but also the applications and desired outcome.
We often use 3D Printed dentures for an urgent or temporary solution. In cases where immediate dentures are required, for example, we can print a temporary denture until your gums settle. Once healing is complete a permanent denture can then be milled.
If affordability is key, then 3D Printed dentures are the answer. With new materials coming on the market all the time, we look forward to using 3D Printed solutions for remarkable accuracy, faster results and re-printable duplicates at a fraction of the cost.
The milling option offers a premium result compared to that of 3D Printed. Milling is far more labour intensive, however, the resulting denture is longer lasting, of superior strength and has enhanced natural beauty.
